Shell construction works: Demolition of approx. 920 m² mesh fence and approx. 110 m edge restraint (up to 2 m); removal and disposal of approx. 1,040 m² topsoil and approx. 550 m³ excavation/backfill; preparation of subgrade for approx. 850 m²; 1 unit soil investigation according to LAGA and 5 units additional sampling; calcium silicate masonry (d=11-30cm) approx. 1,470 m²; waterproofing of floor area approx. 700 m²; capillary-breaking layer approx. 545 m²; lean concrete layer approx. 1,425 m²; floor slab C25/30 approx. 650 m²; reinforced concrete exterior wall approx. 360 m²; formwork (wall two-sided, exterior wall) approx. 705 m²; precast slab approx. 350 m²; cast-in-place concrete slab approx. 190 m²; edge formwork approx. 150 m; reinforcing steel approx. 95 t.
