Shell Construction Works for the Renovation of Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt

Shell construction works for the facade renovation, energy-efficient and fire protection renovation of the Schirn Kunsthalle, Bendergasse 1, Frankfurt am Main: site setup and protective measures, demolition and dismantling in the outdoor area (paving, steps, floor structure up to the raw ceiling), exposure of the reinforcement of the underground car park ceiling for connecting a ring earthing electrode, preparatory work for the shoring and erection of a construction crane, construction of reinforced concrete walls for new planting beds in the outdoor area, creation of core drillings in various sizes, demolition and new construction of masonry walls, opening and subsequent closing of existing shaft walls, creation of wall and ceiling breakthroughs in existing masonry and reinforced concrete walls in various sizes, openings (door openings, penetrations for building services etc.) in new walls, closing of existing openings in masonry/reinforced concrete walls and ceilings, chiseling out existing sheet metal ducts from wall penetrations, and concrete repairs. The construction period is 30 months, implemented in a single construction phase, with interruptions possible.
