Shell construction works for the renovation of Building 3 of the Justice Center Münster: Demolition of existing sun protection (metal) approx. 390 m, removal of clinker surfaces approx. 2,067 m², sandstone pilasters approx. 3,385 m, clinker surface roof cornice approx. 322 m², masonry roof bearing 66 m³, exterior stairs 4 units, and basement light shafts 29 units, including disposal of demolition materials; masonry of wall piers approx. 74 m and openings approx. 62 m²; reinforced concrete works with in-situ concrete beams as parapet reinforcement 13.5 m³, construction of 4 units exterior stairs in in-situ concrete, 29 units precast concrete light shafts, and strip foundations approx. 16 m³; roof construction with in-situ concrete ring beam approx. 303 m, bearing walls of aerated concrete blocks approx. 549 m² including ring beams and openings, and elementized roof construction with aerated concrete ceiling panels approx. 1,254 m²; earthworks and shoring including loosening, loading, and disposal of backfill material using suction excavator approx. 610 m³, supply and installation of soil approx. 610 m³, and a soldier pile wall approx. 20 m² including temporary support; wall waterproofing in plinth area approx. 250 m² and perimeter insulation in plinth area approx. 191 m²; concrete preservation measures on the exterior of external columns approx. 2,906 m and the exterior of floor slabs approx. 2,229 m.
