Shell construction works: site setup with crane logistics, fall protection, and temporary facade closures; earthworks, pipe trenches, and backfilling approx. 272 m³; waterproofing according to DIN 18533 and WU guideline approx. 295 m²; fresh concrete composite membranes (horizontal/vertical) approx. 2,000 m²; working and movement joint sealants; masonry works approx. 2,000 m²; reinforced concrete walls, columns, ceilings, and stairs approx. 5,500 m²; reinforcement, and associated ancillary and documentation services. The scope includes several thousand square meters of waterproofing and concrete surfaces, as well as extensive earthworks and backfilling services below the base plate.
