Routine Maintenance of Greenery along Communication Routes for Part 12

Routine maintenance of greenery along communication routes: Performance of maintenance in a defined area of the capital city of Prague, primarily for green spaces along roads managed by the contracting authority. The scope of services is defined in a list of required works and services, with detailed specifications and estimated frequencies/quantities for one calendar year in the price model. Necessary traffic signs according to the general DIR are included in the unit prices; for specific works like tree felling, traffic signs may be ordered and paid separately. Emergency work, particularly the removal of trees from roads after natural disasters or unforeseen calamities, is also included; a 24/7 telephone line is required for this. The processing of partial services will be carried out using the CDSw-zeleň application, for which the contractor must purchase a license (cost maximum 20,000 CZK for the entire contract duration). The contracting authority will provide training for the system.
