Tram Track Reconstruction Táboritská – Seifertova

Reconstruction of a 2.447 km long tram track in Táboritská, Seifertova, and Jičínská streets: Replacement of the existing large-panel tram track in Seifertova and Táboritská with a concrete slab construction featuring W-tram fastening and asphalt surfacing. In Táboritská, in the section from Ondříčkova to before Prokopova (excluding intersections), the W-tram construction will be covered with paving. In Olšanská, the track will connect to the existing open track bed. The existing tram track in Jičínská, with a concrete slab, metro fastening, and stone paving, will be replaced by a concrete slab construction with W-tram fastening and asphalt surfacing. At the connection point to the existing tram track behind the intersection with Lucemburská, the tram surfacing will be stone paving. Includes the construction of all related technologies and equipment, reconstruction of roadways and sidewalks, necessary relocation of utility networks, and other construction modifications according to project documentation. Also included is the implementation of a cable network from the substation at Kostnické náměstí in individual branches. Cable routing towards the city center via Husinecká, Krásova, Seifertova up to the switch point at the intersection with Italská. Cable routing from the city center via Štítného, Cimburkova, Seifertova, and Táboritská, ending with connections to the joined cables at the level of ZDS Lupáčova in Táboritská street. The cable route will predominantly follow the existing path and partly be new, especially in connection with the coordination of the RTT Seifertova - Táboritská construction. The service includes the finalization of the execution documentation (RDS) and the as-built documentation (DSPS). All auxiliary and associated activities are also part of the service, such as obtaining attestations, tests, inspection reports, UTZ protocols, qualification certificates, and other specified documents, as well as providing assistance in obtaining permits for trial operation and occupancy approval.
