Retreaded Tires: Delivery, repairs, and disposal of retreaded tires for all axles of M3 vehicles; the tires must be cold retreaded, feature an all-season universal steering axle tread pattern with M+S and 3PMSF marking, be suitable for public urban transport, and usable on all axles including steering axles; the main tread groove depth must be at least 15 mm; the age of the supplied used tire carcasses for retreading must not exceed 4 years for steering axle carcasses and 5 years for other axle carcasses, with the carcass manufacturing date being decisive; the retreaded tires are to be supplied on carcasses from a maximum of four brands capable of achieving an average mileage of 60,000 km; the retreads must be marked on the carcass side with an individual retread number and on the side of the retreading strip with the type and manufacturer designation of the tread.
