Security services for Finnvedsbostäder AB's property portfolio: Service, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, programming, commissioning, authorization administration, and maintenance of mechanical lock systems, iLOQ and other digital lock systems, access control systems, door entry systems, laundry booking systems, fire alarms, and evacuation alarms. This includes both planned and unplanned maintenance, as well as the delivery of materials, products, components, licenses, and subscriptions. The estimated value of the procurement is SEK 12,000,000, with a maximum value (ceiling volume) of SEK 15,000,000. No specific volume is guaranteed. Early termination of the framework agreement is possible with six months' notice if the ceiling volume is at risk of being exceeded during the contract period. Submission of an ESPD form is optional.
