Renovation of ventilation systems and refrigeration technology for the Max Planck Institute General Administration in Munich: Renewal of the refrigeration plant including refrigeration generation and connection to existing systems, replacement of axial fans on the roof. Works will be carried out in multiple construction phases while the building remains in operation and include maintenance services. Execution is to start within 12 working days after the client's request (expected by 15.01.2027), completion within 1,182 working days (5 working days/week) after the start of execution.
