Renovation of Power Supply with Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear

Renovation of a total of 10 transformer stations within the Bundeswehr property Stetten a.k.M.: Dismantling and disposal of existing plant technology; installation of new medium-voltage, low-voltage switchgear and transformers in new precast concrete stations (1x handover station, 6x substations); structural upgrading of 3 existing transformer buildings with new station technology. Main quantities include: 9 units dismantling 20 kV medium-voltage switchgear (MSA), 9 units dismantling 0.4 kV low-voltage main distribution boards (NSHV), 1 unit grid operator (VNB) handover station in 2 rooms with 2x 8 units medium-voltage fields, 7 units 20 kV air-insulated MSA as substation with 4 units medium-voltage fields, 2 units 20 kV air-insulated MSA as substation with 5 units medium-voltage fields, 11 units cast resin transformers 20/0.4 kV, 800 kVA, 7 units 0.4 kV NSHV with 9 low-voltage fields, 3 units 0.4 kV NSHV with 12 low-voltage fields, 1 unit VNB meter cabinet, 1 unit control cabinet for remote control technology and generation plant controller (EZA-Regler), 10 units PV meter cabinets with grid connection protection (NA-Schutz) and ÜEKS decoupling protection, 10 units installation of transformer stations with sub-distributors, lighting, and installation devices, 10 units data distributors, 11,400 m fiber optic cables (LWL-Kabel), 26,400 m building automation cabling (GA-Verkabelung) as well as cables and lines of various types and cross-sections.
