Renovation of a Youth Hostel

Construction works for the renovation of a youth hostel: comprehensive reconstruction of the existing building, modernization of interior spaces, layout modifications, building insulation, replacement of opening structures, roof renovation, reconstruction and new construction of building services distribution systems (heating, sanitary, ventilation, electrical installations, low-current systems, electronic security system). Also included are the renovation and expansion of the central boiler room, implementation of electrical supply equipment, area low-voltage distribution and outdoor lighting, modification of area roads and paved surfaces including parking spaces, construction of a new garage, and replacement of the elevator. This comprises all associated demolition works, supply and installation of technologies, execution of tests and revisions, commissioning of equipment, and preparation of as-built documentation.
