Renovation of a section of the South Quay in Emden inland port: Construction of a new sheet pile wall in front of the existing embankment, adaptation and renewal of the surface paving in the terminal area, adaptation of the waterside berth for port handling. Technical processing, extended execution planning, site setup and clearance, demolition and dismantling, piling and deep foundation work, concrete and reinforced concrete work, earth and wet dredging, equipment (bollards, ladders etc.), unexploded ordnance detection and recovery, asphalt paving and traffic area construction, drainage work. The procurement process is two-stage, with the contracting authority reserving the right to forgo negotiations and award the contract based on the first binding offers.
