Renovation, Reconstruction, and Expansion of Historic Wozownia Building with Courtyard, Fence, Retention Tank, and Heating Network

Construction, conservation, and installation works, and site revitalization for the historic Wozownia (Coach House) building complex, including the courtyard of Kubicki Stables and a fence fragment, construction of an underground retention tank with installations, and reconstruction of the heating network to eliminate collisions with the planned expansion for an exhibition and collection warehouse. The project is located at the Royal Łazienki Museum in Warsaw, ul. 29 Listopada 3A. The scope includes construction, structural, demolition, insulation, roofing, finishing, conservation, and restoration works, and equipment for the Wozownia building; creation of new and reconstruction of existing sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication installations with tests, examinations, acceptances, and commissioning; works for tidying and revitalization of the Kubicki Stables courtyard and the entire developed area (surfaces, small architectural elements); reconstruction and restoration of a fence fragment; creation of technical and retention infrastructure (underground retention tank with installations); relocation of the low and high parameter district heating network to eliminate collisions with the building expansion, including associated works, tests, acceptances, and commissioning; and creation of as-built documentation, conservation documentation, and other required documents.
