Renovation and Modernization of an Office Building for the Dębica Business Incubator and CIS Headquarters

Construction works for the comprehensive renovation and modernization of an office building, consisting of two buildings (Building No. 1 and No. 2) in Dębica: demolition and dismantling works, masonry works (new walls, bricking up, opening breakthroughs), internal insulation works (moisture protection), flooring works (tiles, floor coverings), wall and ceiling finishing works (plastering, skimming, painting, wall coverings including tiles, plasterboard cladding, suspended ceilings with grids and acoustic panels), facade works related to thermal insulation (facade, all flashing, external window sills), insulation of foundation walls, replacement of roof covering layers including insulation, replacement of window and door joinery (internal and external) including internal window sills, electrical installations (energy-efficient LED lighting with cabling, fire protection and low-current installations: IT and monitoring), central heating installation, gas installation with gas boiler room, water and sewage installation (faucets with water-saving function, sanitary ware), mechanical ventilation installation, photovoltaic installation with energy storage, air conditioning installation, solar installations, external stairs with railings, ramp for disabled persons, concrete paving strip around the building, supply and installation of movable (excluding furniture) and fixed equipment (doormats, typhlographic boards, portable induction loops, sanitary fittings including grab bars for disabled persons, horizontal communication marking, door number plates including Braille, mobile partitions), and other associated works. This includes the preparation and obtaining of all opinions, protocols, positions, and other decisions related to the performed works. Also, the preparation of 'Fire Safety Instructions' and 'Fire Procedure Instructions' for the office building (Building No. 1 + Building No. 2) including the supply and installation of fire fighting equipment on all floors (hydrants, fire extinguishers, wall plates (pictograms), 'Evacuation Plan' boards, etc., and other markings resulting from the developed instructions). Building No. 1 has a built-up area of 834.00 m², a cubature of approx. 10,200 m³, and a usable area of 4,151.10 m². Building No. 2 has a built-up area of 566.00 m², a cubature of approx. 7,300.00 m³, and a usable area of 1,656.00 m². Further items as per the tender documents.
