Renovation of escape balcony system and concrete repair works

Concrete repair works and renovation of the escape balcony system: Repair of damages to facades and facade components made of lightweight concrete, prefabricated normal concrete escape balconies, and in-situ concrete escape stairwells, including exposed and corroded reinforcement, concrete spalling, and cracks. Services include the application of surface protection systems while preserving exposed concrete structures, creation of sample areas, predominant demolition and new construction of the escape balcony system, refurbishment and recoating of railings in existing balcony areas, complete removal and replacement of railings on stair towers, and strengthening of support consoles on stair towers and remaining escape balconies by removing existing areas and reinforcing with steel angles. All measures are to be executed according to TR Instandhaltung. Main quantities: approx. 5,200 m² lightweight concrete facade area, approx. 180 m² prefabricated parapet elements for balconies, approx. 180 m² prefabricated balcony slabs, approx. 72 units repair of escape balcony supports, approx. 851 m² escape stair tower facade area, approx. 821 m² escape stair tower stair flights, approx. 90 linear meters repair of escape stair tower supports. Additionally, maintenance services are part of the procedure.
