Sanitary installation works: Demolition works; approx. 28 units of installation elements with accessories; approx. 11 units of washdown WCs; approx. 3 units of urinals; approx. 12 units of washbasins; 2 units of floor-level shower elements; approx. 2 WC combinations (washdown WC made of stainless steel); approx. 210 units of sanitary fixtures; approx. 8 units of electric instantaneous water heaters; approx. 275 m of piping with accessories; 1 unit of small distributor TW; approx. 390 m of wastewater piping with accessories; approx. 100 m of cast iron wastewater piping; approx. 1 unit of wastewater lifting unit; approx. 275 m of thermal insulation; approx. 440 m of sound insulation; approx. 170 m of cold insulation; approx. 65 units of fire protection bulkheads. Only personnel that has undergone a reliability check and has no negative findings may be used for the execution of the services. Additionally, the awarding of maintenance services is part of the procedure.
