Refurbishment study with variant comparison for buildings 200-204 on the Hardthöhe property, Bonn (Fontainengraben 150): assessment and evaluation of the structural and technical condition, development of refurbishment options for sustainable usability of the building. Includes inventory of the building structure with documentation of existing damage, static analysis of the roof and other load-bearing components, recording and evaluation of technical systems (electrical, HVAC, fire protection), execution of pollutant investigations (including sampling and laboratory analysis), creation of a variant study comparing possible refurbishment options considering technical, economic, and energy aspects, and cost estimation according to DIN 276 for the developed variants (3rd level).
