Sanitary, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Works for an Office and Administration Building Extension

Sanitary, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Works: Extension of a four-story office and administration building, including works in the basement and ground floor of the existing building. The extension will be built on an existing basement, with new building services connections to the existing technical infrastructure in the basement. A ventilation system will be installed in a ventilation center within the new extension. Sanitary installations include approx. 100 m cast iron wastewater pipes, approx. 680 m stainless steel condensate pipes, approx. 75 m cast iron rainwater pipes, approx. 50 m stainless steel fire extinguishing pipes. Heating installations include approx. 62 steel radiator heating elements and approx. 1,300 m steel heating pipes. Ventilation and refrigeration installations include 1 ventilation unit with a total air volume of approx. 1,300 m³/h, approx. 240 m² galvanized ventilation ducts, approx. 190 m spiral-seam or flexible ducting, 14 angular silencers, 55 built-in components (such as fire dampers or volume flow controllers), 36 air outlets, approx. 50 m² raised floor, 87 refrigeration recirculation units, approx. 335 m steel refrigeration pipes, approx. 780 m stainless steel refrigeration pipes.
