Sanitary, Heating, and Cooling Systems for Terminal 1, Frankfurt/Main Airport

Installation of all wastewater, water, gas, heating, and cooling systems for construction phase 1 of the "Holistic View Hall B Mitte" project in Terminal 1 of Frankfurt/Main Airport: Renewal of pipelines for approx. 420m rainwater, approx. 110m emergency drainage, approx. 460m sewage, approx. 60m greasy sewage, approx. 850m drinking water, and approx. 330m service water. Renewal of hot water generation with approx. 13 instantaneous water heaters (6-24kW) and 1 fresh water station. Renewal of WC areas including sanitary objects for approx. 23 WCs, approx. 2 barrier-free WCs, and approx. 2 showers. Construction of a new technical center with distributors for heating (approx. 800kW / 4 heating circuits) and cooling (approx. 1000kW / 4 cooling circuits). Renewal of pipelines for approx. 1200m heating and approx. 2650m cooling. Installation of a heat pump for heating/cooling (approx. 110 kW), approx. 68 heating/cooling baffles, and approx. 25 recirculating air cooling units. The planned start of execution is Q2 2027, with a planned completion by Q1 2030.
