Sanitary Installation for the Renovation of Kunsthalle Kiel
Sanitary installation: Conversion of the existing sanitary installation, renewal of the drinking water and wastewater supply networks throughout the entire building, including sanitary objects and main pipes. A demineralization plant for feeding steam humidifiers (plant technology KG430) is planned in the central technical area 01, UG.043. Internal rainwater pipes will be renewed up to the connection to the main pipe above the sole plate. In the inner courtyard area, 2 new emergency drains with free outflow, routed through the facade, are planned in the heating access area UG.042. This includes approx. 950 m of pressed stainless steel drinking water pipe, approx. 500 m of polypropylene pipe with socket (PP pipe) for wastewater, and approx. 240 m of rainwater pipe (SML / PE welded in depot areas).
