SAP HCM Carve-Out and Transformation to SuccessFactors

SAP HCM Carve-Out and Transformation to SuccessFactors: Replacement of an existing SAP HCM landscape and transformation to SAP SuccessFactors as a full-cloud solution, including preparation, implementation, and operation phases. The contract covers conception, specification creation, implementation, configuration, customizing, data migration, integration, interface adaptation, testing, training, project management, change management support, go-live and hypercare, as well as subsequent support in productive operation. Modules to be introduced include Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, Onboarding, and WalkMe Premium for SuccessFactors. Integrations include SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP BW on HANA. An optional contingent of up to 1,000 person-days for supplementary services is provided. Full productive operation is to be achieved by June 1, 2028, at the latest. Service delivery must comply with the current state of the art and recognized technical standards. The project language is German (C1 level for personnel), and the solution must meet the requirements of the GDPR, BDSG, and other legal retention and verification obligations, including audit-proof processes for personnel-related data.
