Transport services are primarily provided on Tuesdays of odd-numbered weeks in conjunction with the bathing service organized by Ypäjä municipality, which takes place from 9:00 to 14:00 at Ypäjä municipality's premises, Rauhalantie 1 C, Ypäjä. The service includes door-to-door pickup of clients, transport to the bathing service location, return transport home after the bathing service, customary assistance for clients when boarding and alighting, and, if necessary, transport of mobility aids such as rollators or wheelchairs. The service provider must ensure that the available fleet is suitable for transporting clients with mobility impairments and those using wheelchairs. A licensed, accessible or disability-equipped vehicle fleet is required, including a replacement vehicle for breakdowns or other disruptions, valid insurance, and drivers with appropriate professional qualifications and sufficient Finnish language skills. Previously, an average of approximately 4 persons were transported per trip, but the actual number may vary. Pricing is based on a per-kilometer rate (€/km, 0% VAT), plus possible assistance surcharges, wheelchair/disabled transport surcharges, and other specified surcharges.
