Transport of archival material and dismantling of shelving systems at the Secret State Archives: Transport of 85,450 archive boxes with files (standard formats: folio, double folio), 1,024 archive boxes with documents (7 format sizes), 219 DIN A0 drawing cabinets with 2,005 DIN A0 drawers (maps, plans, graphics), 38 troughs (maps, plans, graphics), and 400 linear meters of unpackaged books between two locations within Berlin. Additionally, dismantling, partial reconstruction, modification, and cleaning of steel shelving systems in the basement, including setup and storage in two additional rooms, and repositioning of 13,000 shelf boards. Cooperative work between contractors for Lot 1 and Lot 2 is required.
