Hazardous Substance and Waste Management Technology

Hazardous substance management for construction projects and real estate acquisitions: Provision of hazardous substance management by external qualified service providers for activities involving hazardous substances (e.g., asbestos, mineral wool, PCBs, heavy metals) and the disposal of hazardous waste. This includes renovation, modernization, conversion, demolition, and new construction projects in existing buildings, as well as real estate acquisitions. The actual remediation, transport, and disposal services for hazardous substances and waste are not part of this service but are performed by third parties and are to be managed within the scope of the tendered activities.
