Serial energetic renovation of three identical four-story multi-family houses (built 1961) with a total of 60 residential units in Berlin-Spandau (Kandeler Weg 2+4, Zweibrücker Str. 4+4a, Zweibrücker Str. 10+10a). The goal is to achieve the Efficiency House 55 "Serial Renovation" (EH 55 SerSan) standard according to BEG WG guidelines. Services include the energetic renovation of the building envelope, creation of projecting balconies and recessed loggias, renovation of existing roofs, installation of photovoltaic systems on these, and further necessary services to achieve the EH 55 standard as per tender documents.
