Foam extinguishing system for fire fighting on a helicopter landing pad (approx. 893 m²) on the 17th floor of a new building for the German Heart Center Charité (DHZC) at Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK): The system's technical center is located on the 16th floor and houses fire water and foam concentrate tanks; the system must be integrated into the sprinkler protection (e.g., the planned HDWN system); fire fighting is carried out via remote-controlled monitors with manual activation and alarm via the fire alarm control panel (BMZ) according to VdS-2108 guideline. The new building comprises approx. 29,800 m² usable area, approx. 75,600 m² gross floor area, and approx. 355,000 m³ gross volume, with 16 upper floors and 2 basement floors, and aims for DGNB "Gold" certification.
