Locksmith works for the conversion and renovation of Klosterhof: facade elements, including three double-leaf barn sliding gates with tracks and larch wood infill, sun protection louver elements made of L-angle frames with larch slat infills, and flat steel bar door handles with wooden grip coverings. Also, balustrade, stair railings, and handrails, primed and painted, as well as a hot-dip galvanized, powder-coated outdoor stair railing at the Amtshof (outbuilding). Outdoor equipment includes the supply and installation of a mailbox system with 3 mailboxes and a book return box for the library. Installation must be calculated including all necessary connection elements and fasteners. The contractor must independently check the substrate and structural conditions and report any concerns in writing.
