Dry screed works for the conversion and renovation of Klosterhof in Waldbrunn

Dry screed works: Installation of a dry screed system on wood fiber insulation and fill, including underfloor heating pipes, in various areas of the Klosterhof. In the former residential building, installation on the 1st floor (new daycare) is on an existing solid cap ceiling, and on the 2nd floor (new daycare) on timber formwork of a new timber beam ceiling. In the former barn, a partial area on the ground floor (Wabe) is to be installed on the concrete ceiling of the vaulted cellar, and on the 2nd floor (new library) on an existing timber beam ceiling with new top-side timber formwork. The unevenness of the timber ceiling on the 2nd floor of the barn must be leveled with a compensatory fill. The installation includes all necessary connection elements and fasteners. A heating load calculation and design of the underfloor heating pipe spacing are included in the tender documents.
