Turnkey construction of a primary school with sports hall in Bruchköbel

Turnkey construction of a new multi-story detached primary school building with an integrated single-field sports hall and outdoor facilities as a general contractor service: The scope of services includes all planning and construction services for the approval-ready, functional, and ready-for-occupancy construction, including the preparation and submission of all approval documents, the building application, and an application for exemption according to § 31 para. 2 BauGB, as well as coordination with authorities. The project is to be realized within the building area defined by the development plan "Neue Brückenschule" of the city of Bruchköbel. First occupancy is planned for the beginning of the 2028/2029 school year at the latest. Remuneration is based on a lump-sum fixed price.
