Provision and cleaning of dirt-trapping mats: for 37 properties of the Regional Infrastructure Management (RIM) Potsdam, including provision, exchange, and cleaning of dirt-trapping mats (without inscription, various sizes) as well as cleaning of client-owned mats at individual locations of lots 1, 3, and 4. The service includes freight- and packaging-free delivery, laying, and collection. Laying intervals are summer (May 1 - Oct 31) and winter (Nov 1 - Apr 30) annually. Mat requirements: High-Twist-Nylon-Flor, dark grey, tread/safety edge minimum 15 mm, maximum 30 mm, total height minimum 6.5 mm, maximum 12.5 mm, non-slip surface and nitrile rubber backing, antistatic, flame-retardant (building material class B1). Sustainability requirement: DIN EN ISO 50001 certification, environmentally friendly, non-irritating materials and cleaning agents. Site inspection required before bid submission; further items as per the tender documents.
