Training on fundamentals of psychology: Introduction to the topic of psychology (origin, history, theoretical approaches), insights into psychological counseling and coaching (differentiation, fields of work, topics), cognitive and biological foundations of human behavior and experience (General Psychology: perception, attention, memory, knowledge, learning, thinking, emotion, motivation, psychomotor skills; Biopsychology: neuroanatomy, neuronal communication, hormones, heredity regarding human behavior), foundations of intra- and interpersonal processes (Developmental Psychology: human development in the life cycle, phase theories, social learning, interplay of heredity/environmental influences, developmental stages of thinking/language; Differential Psychology, Personality Psychology: personality as a multidimensional construct, personality research, classical/emotional/social intelligence; Social Psychology: interdisciplinary approaches, cognitive dissonance, group processes, altruism), as well as insights into Applied Psychology (Clinical and Educational Psychology, Work, Business and Organizational Psychology (ABO), Sports and Health Psychology). The framework agreement has a term until December 31, 2028, with an option for a 1-year extension; 2 call-offs per year are planned.
