Training programme for EURES service providers: Provision of a common, annual training programme to support EU policy goals in alignment with the EURES Regulation (EU2016/589). The programme equips EURES staff with essential skills for high-quality services to jobseekers and employers, fosters continuous professional development within the EURES network, strengthens network integration through mutual learning and collaboration, and enhances service quality. It addresses the development of essential competencies for a multicultural and digitalised labour market, promotes lifelong learning, increases communication and use of the EURES service, and encourages consistency of practices and a common understanding of the EURES role.
