EURES Training Programme
Delivery of a common training programme for EURES staff and supporters. The programme is to support EU policy goals in alignment with EURES Regulation (EU2016/589), equip EURES staff with essential skills for high-quality services to jobseekers and employers, foster continuous professional development, strengthen network integration, enhance service quality, and run on an annual schedule. It is to develop competencies for multicultural environments and digitalized labor markets, encourage lifelong learning, increase communication and use of the EURES service, and promote consistency of practices and a common understanding of the EURES role.
