Training programs for clergy and lay staff of the Church: Training of approximately 4,500 beneficiaries in digital governance and digital transformation, divided into 3,579 beneficiaries in Less Developed Regions and 921 beneficiaries in Transition Regions. The target group includes clergy and lay staff of the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece, the Holy Provincial Synod of Crete, the Holy Metropolises of the Church of Greece, the Church of Crete, the Dodecanese and the Holy Patriarchal Exarchate of Patmos, clergy of special categories, nuns in monasteries, and employees of ecclesiastical institutions. Two targeted training programs, each lasting 48 teaching hours, will be offered, covering horizontal and professional knowledge and skills. Implementation will be blended learning: 8 hours in-person and 40 hours distance learning (30 hours synchronous, 10 hours asynchronous). The 4,500 potential beneficiaries can attend one or both programs, with a maximum of 6,750 participations. In-person training may be replaced by equivalent synchronous distance learning in exceptional cases. Estimated value without option: €1,620,000.00.
