Protective Vests for Control Personnel of the Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility (BALM)
Delivery of protective vests: Framework agreement with a maximum call-off quantity of 1,300 protective vests, including 939 protective vests as a guaranteed minimum purchase quantity. Measurement of existing personnel (currently 939 control employees) will take place after contract award. The initial call-off volume is expected to be 626 protective vests in 2027, including accessories. The remaining third of the minimum purchase quantity is expected to be taken in 2028. Call-offs are based on individual orders; there is no obligation for the client to issue individual orders beyond the minimum call-off of 939 protective vests. The contract duration is 4 years from contract award and extends twice by two years each, provided no termination occurs at least six months before the respective contract end.
