Framework agreement for control tests, preliminary and constructional investigations: Conclusion of a non-exclusive framework agreement via an Open-House procedure for the service areas Soils and Soil Improvements (LB 01), Unbound Layers and Building Material Mixtures (LB 02), Hydraulically Stabilized Base Layers (HVT), Hydraulically Bound Base Layers (HGT) and Soil Stabilizations (LB 03), Concrete according to ZTV Concrete (LB 04), Structural Engineering (LB 05), Asphalt Constructions (LB 06, incl. Performance Tests), Bitumen Investigations (LB 07), Joint Fillers (LB 08), Surface Properties (LB 09, incl. evenness measurements tactile/non-tactile, skid resistance measurements SKM/SRT, texture measurements), Road Markings (LB 10), Preliminary Investigations (LB 11, for asphalt, base layers with hydraulic binders and concrete pavements, unbound layers, soils, structural engineering), Environmental Analytics (LB 12), and Sampling for Environmental Analytics (LB 13). The Open-House procedure runs from publication until July 31, 2028, with two extension options of 1 year each, until July 31, 2030. Admission applications and contract conclusions are possible throughout the entire duration. The Southern Bavaria branch will call off services starting from April 2, 2027.
