Delivery of 1 server and 1 disk array: The server (type 2) must feature at least one processor, each with a minimum of 32 physical cores (64 logical threads) and a PassMark Performance Test result of at least 73,387 points (Average CPU Mark); a multi-processor configuration is allowed if each processor meets the minimum requirements of 32 cores and 64,000 PassMark points. Support for AI acceleration instructions (e.g., Intel AMX or equivalent) is required. The motherboard must support PCIe Gen 5.0 and DDR5 memory, providing sufficient PCIe slots for expansion cards (GPU, HBA) and leaving at least 2 free PCIe slots for future expansion. RAM capacity is a minimum of 512 GB DDR5 ECC REG, configured in a multi-channel architecture with modules of at least 64 GB each (e.g., 8 x 64 GB) and a clock frequency of at least 4800 MHz, expandable to at least 1 TB. A dedicated professional/server graphics card (Data Center / Edge AI) with NVIDIA Ada Lovelace or equivalent architecture is required, optimized for deep learning, real-time video analysis, and neural acceleration, featuring a minimum of 2 NVENC encoders and 4 NVDEC decoders or equivalent per card. The graphics card must have a minimum of 24 GB GDDR6 ECC memory, be manufacturer-dedicated for server/Data Center applications and deep video analytics, have a maximum TDP of 72 W per card (direct PCIe power supply), be in a low-profile single-slot design with passive cooling (within a 2U rack server enclosure), and possess full certification from the server manufacturer. It must include dedicated fourth-generation Tensor cores (or equivalent) for FP8/INT8 calculations to accelerate neural networks and achieve at least 10,153 points (Average G3D Rating) in the PassMark Performance Test. Full compatibility with professional VMS systems (including Axxon One) for multi-stream hardware decoding and advanced neural analytics (object detection, face recognition, license plate recognition) is mandatory. A multi-card configuration (minimum 2, optimally 2–4 cards) is allowed/required for approximately 600 cameras, provided free PCIe slots for HBA Fibre Channel cards are maintained and thermal/power limits are not exceeded. System drives consist of at least 2 NVMe Gen4 (or newer) Enterprise SSDs, each with a minimum capacity of 960 GB and at least 1 DWPD endurance, configured in RAID 1. For networking, a minimum of 2 x 10 GbE SFP+ ports with two SFP+ SR transceivers are required. For SAN connectivity, two independent, dual-port Fibre Channel (FC) HBA cards with a minimum of 16 Gb/s per card (total 4 FC ports) and 4 optical transceivers compatible with the HBAs and existing SAN infrastructure are specified. Full configuration of the MPIO (Multipath I/O) mechanism on all 4 data paths to the array is required. The chassis is a 19" Rack with a 2U height. Power is supplied by a minimum of 2 Hot-Swap power supplies in a redundant (1+1) configuration with at least 80 Plus Platinum certification and a power output of at least 1100W per power supply, with the total power ensuring stable operation at 100% load of all components. further items as per the tender documents.
