Service Contract for Baggage Handling System Master Computer T1
Maintenance of special components for the baggage handling system in Terminal 1: Service contract for a maximum of four years, starting on 01.11.2026. Services include maintenance work on the hardware and software of the master computer, the hardware for the WinCC visualization system, the Beumer machine system BeOS, and the PSI-CCTV camera system (excluding cameras). Included are a service hotline, on-call service, ensuring operation of components including system updates and patches. Work is to be performed remotely and on-site as needed. Estimated quantities are to be taken from the tender documents; the maximum quantity callable from the framework agreement corresponds to the stated quantities plus 10%.
