Technical Expertise (A1, A2, C) for Modernization and Rehabilitation of Bucharest City Hall

Technical expertise for the building at Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta no. 47, Sector 5, Bucharest (Bucharest City Hall): Determination of compliance with ISU-BIF requirements, assessment of the long-term structural behavior, and preparation of an AS-BUILT project. The expertise covers fundamental requirements A1 and A2 (resistance and stability) and essential quality requirement C (fire safety). The total duration is 32 months, divided into 3 months for technical expertise services, 5 months for the development of the fire safety scenario and obtaining approval/authorization, and 24 months for technical assistance in implementing the documentation, including obtaining the fire operating authorization. Contract execution commences after the issuance of a separate administrative start order for each activity.
