Supervision Services for the Widening of the Southern Bucharest Ring Road

Notice title: Servicii de Supervizare „Largire la 4 benzi a centurii rutiere a Municipiului Bucuresti Sud intre A1 (km 55+520) si DN 5 (km 40+000) – LOT II Largire la 4 benzi a centurii rutiere a Municipiului Bucuresti Sud intre km 54+700 si DN 5 (km 40+000)”

Supervision services: Quality assurance during the execution and warranty phases for the widening of the Southern Bucharest Ring Road (between A1 km 55+520 and DN 5 km 40+000, Lot II between km 54+700 and DN 5 km 40+000). The consultant acts as Supervisor according to the Design and Execution Contract conditions, ensuring correct fund usage and contractor compliance with contractual obligations regarding duration, quantity, quality, and cost of design and works. The contract allows for adjustments, including changes to contracting parties, additional studies/expertise, institutional/authority requests, legislative changes, subcontractor changes, personnel changes, deadlines for reports/deliverables, Gantt chart modifications, reallocation of resources/savings, and extension of the service period under specific conditions, such as extended execution/warranty times, contractor delays, or additional works.
