Security, Fire Protection, and Reception Services for the Ministry of Culture in Warsaw

Security services: 24-hour physical protection of persons and property, requiring a license issued by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, based on the Act of August 22, 1997, on the protection of persons and property. The service includes direct physical guarding, monitoring of electronic security systems and alarm devices, and intervention patrols on all days of the week at the locations Krakowskie Przedmieście 15 (with Kordegarda building, excluding exhibit protection during gallery opening hours), Krakowskie Przedmieście 17, Krakowskie Przedmieście 21/23, Ksawerów 13, and Trębacka 3 (garage). Fire protection services: 24-hour fire supervision, operation of fire protection equipment, and fire monitoring on all days of the week, performed in a Ministry room, including regular preventive patrols at the locations Krakowskie Przedmieście 15 (with Kordegarda building, excluding exhibit protection during gallery opening hours), Krakowskie Przedmieście 17, Krakowskie Przedmieście 21/23, and Trębacka 3 (garage). Reception services: 8-hour service from Monday to Friday at the locations Krakowskie Przedmieście 15, Krakowskie Przedmieście 21/23, Wierzbowa 9/11, and Senatorska 27. Additional physical protection of persons and property including reception services for 10 hours from Monday to Friday (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) at the Jana Pawła II 29 (Atrium) location. Additionally, 1,000 hours of supplementary security are provided.
