Safety and Health Coordination (SiGeKo) according to the German Construction Site Ordinance for the planning and execution phases of the roof renovation of Laboratory Building 102 at Robert-Hooke-Straße 7b. The roof renovation includes the complete removal and renewal of the existing roof waterproofing, including thermal insulation. The roof area consists of 5 sub-areas: Cryo-laboratory technical center (low-pitched roof on wooden construction), main roof (flat roof), integration hall technical center (low-pitched roof on wooden construction), ventilation systems technical center 1 (low-pitched roof on steel construction), technical center 2 (flat roof in the lowered inner courtyard). Current cost estimate KG 300: 1,575,000 € net; KG 400: 680,000 € net.
