SiGeKO Services for Renovation of Laboratory and Office Building Robert-Hooke-Str. 5, DLR Bremen

Safety and Health Protection Coordination (SiGeKO): for the renovation of a laboratory and office building (Robert-Hooke-Str. 5) at the DLR Bremen site. The three-story building, with approx. 1,723 m² usable area (NUF 1-6) and approx. 2,602 m² gross floor area (BGF), requires the renewal of all surfaces, updating of technical equipment, adaptation to fire protection regulations, conversion for laboratories and desk-sharing workplaces, and barrier-free accessibility. Drywall partitions are to be dismantled and partially renewed. An energetic renovation of the building envelope (facades, roof, PV system) and building services will be planned and implemented in parallel, without delaying the schedule. Design planning runs from 08/2026 to 04/2027, tendering from Q1 2028, execution from Q3 2028 to Q4 2029. Planned commissioning Q4 2029, project completion Q1 2030. Estimated net costs: KG 300: 963,712 €; KG 400: 816,880 €; KG 500: 99,870 €; KG 600: 8,000 €. Services will be commissioned in stages, starting with service level 1; service level 2 will be called off gradually, with no legal claim to full commissioning.
