Safety Surfaces for Maatullinpuisto Park

Construction of safety surfaces for Maatullinpuisto Park: Installation of safety surfaces and coconut fiber turf, including material procurement, processing, and installation, as well as labor and equipment. The contract covers the construction work for the safety surfaces according to work specification 2146.3 (synthetic safety surfaces). Materials must not contain harmful substances or PAH compounds exceeding guideline values. A successfully passed HIC field test report and CE markings/Declarations of Performance (DoP) for the materials must be submitted. All materials procured by the contractor require client approval. The client will perform the necessary excavation and backfill work and prepare the rough base for the installation surface (30-50 mm below the bottom surface of the safety surface). The work site is in the Suutarila district. Implementation period: August 3 to August 16, 2026. The procurement will be carried out as a fixed-price total contract with one contractor.
