Security services for the University of Environmental and Life Sciences Wrocław

Security services for persons and property of the University of Environmental and Life Sciences Wrocław in the Biskupin and Grunwaldzki regions: continuous, direct physical security at stationary and mobile posts, provision of an intervention group, an active anti-panic system, and electronic patrol checks. The service includes staffing stationary and mobile posts, building and area patrols, access control, operation of security devices and systems, 24-hour readiness of an armed and motorized two-person intervention group, installation, maintenance, and operation of the anti-panic system and electronic patrol check system. Optional additional services include increased staffing, additional posts or patrols, and replacement of porters and cloakroom staff. The maximum scope of the order is 154,245 working hours, including for the basic period (365 days) a maximum of 59,325 working hours of basic scope and a maximum of 17,797.5 working hours of option; for the renewal period a maximum of 59,325 working hours of basic scope and a maximum of 17,797.5 working hours of option. A minimum of 47,460 working hours is guaranteed for the basic period, and after successful renewal, a minimum of 47,460 working hours for the renewal period. The detailed scope of services, including the list of objects and posts, service days and hours, scope of activities, personnel and intervention group requirements, and control and billing procedures, is defined in the Service Description (OPZ) as Annex 1.1 to the SWZ. The contracting authority does not allow partial bids; the offer must cover the entire subject of the order, including all porter lodges, cloakrooms, and posts.
