Delivery of specialized biochemical and hematological reagents, control, and consumable materials for UPWr units: successive delivery as needed via partial orders; includes the purchase of basic and optional reagents, control, and consumable materials, their delivery to the location specified by the client, provision of complete documentation according to § 6 of the contract, and warranty services according to § 7 of the contract. The contractor must provide safety data sheets, including for hazardous substances, by the first delivery date at the latest, with electronic format being preferred. The client reserves the right to reduce the basic order by a maximum of 25% of the gross value but commits to purchasing at least 75% of the basic order's gross value. Offered reagents must comply with packaging sizes specified by the client; further items as per the tender documents.
