Security Systems and Services for the Tikkurila Educational Quarter New Building
Delivery and commissioning of security systems and their management platform for the new Tikkurila Educational Quarter building, Jokiniemenkatu 1, 01370 Vantaa, including subsequent repair, maintenance, and upkeep services. The systems comprise access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, intercom, personal safety systems, emergency announcement systems, locking systems, VIRVE network, and a central management platform. The building, with a gross floor area of 25,200 m² and a plot area of approx. 7,900 m², includes a basement, six teaching floors, and an HVAC machine room floor for approx. 2,600 students and 300 staff. The contract requires high flexibility and scalability of the systems, includes a 24-month warranty period, and will be executed as a subordinated sub-contract under the main contractor YIT rakennus Oy. YSE 1998 conditions apply for the delivery and JYSE-palvelut 2025 conditions for the services.
