Delivery of portable ballistic duty sheds (minimum class BR6NS or equivalent) for the protection of embassies and other sensitive locations in Oslo: Four-year framework agreement with one (1) tenderer. Includes delivery, installation, training, maintenance, and spare parts. Also usable by other Norwegian police districts. Options include a broader variant, larger sheds, water and sewage, UPS or battery backup, alternative RAL colours, and hourly rates for assembly work and service beyond the warranty period. Estimated need: approx. three (3) standard fully equipped sheds during the contract period. The volume is indicative and not binding. Estimated value: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. Maximum value of the framework agreement: NOK 50,000,000 excluding VAT. Award criteria: price (40 percent), environment (30 percent), and quality (30 percent). The competition will be held in English.
