Software for internal accounting and financial management (EPM) as a SaaS service: Provision of the program from a provider-managed environment, with the client responsible for necessary devices, software, and communication connections. The program must provide financial planning and forecasting, internal accounting rules, monitoring, and reporting for the organization. It must enable efficient, secure, and automated data management and analytics within the organization and, together with an external accounting program, form a complete system ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements. External accounting is not subject to this procurement. The contract term is 24 months from contract signing and thereafter indefinitely.
