Accounting functions cover receipt submission, VAT management, tracking payment history, reconciliation, analytical code assignment, accounting export, and connection to accounting software. Expense control includes a validation workflow (request, approval, control), budget definition and tracking (per team, project, program), and the configuration of administrative and accounting procedures directly within the software. The platform is accessible online and via a mobile application.
